Boondi Laddu is a South Indian delicacy, made with besan. Unlike the North Indian Motichur, the boondi in the South Indian version are bigger in size. The seasoning of Cloves, Cardamom, Dry Camphor (Pacha Karpooram), and cashews bring in an authentic heavenly taste. For general use, we have made these Ladoo in ~ 30g weight.
